Assessment

CBT assessment and formulation

The assessment is the first session that gives us a chance to understand what is going on, in order to identify and understand what the main problem is and what you would like to address.

This is not a treatment session, as we will focus on creating a map to make sense of how your difficulties are existing and being maintained.

90 minute session - £200

Treatment

CBT treatment sessions

The treatment sessions will occur weekly or bi-weekly. This is where we work together towards making meaningful change.

Any payments are to be made in advance (of appointments).

50 minutes - £100
